Guild
Removed the Furious effect from upcoming guild battles.
Guild leaders can no longer leave their own guild; they may only disband it.
When you join a guild, all your pending invitations and applications to other guilds are automatically removed.
We now track both the last time a guild attacked and the last time it was attacked (to be able to refine matchmaking in the future).

Elemental Damage
Elemental damage / resistance for players is now capped at 90%. This resolves multiple issues, such as battles between two players with 100%+ conversion never ending, and visual inconsistencies where fights ended despite players still appearing to have HP.
Adjusted elemental damage for Ascended Bosses accordingly:
Infinity: 100% → 90%
Mind Flayer: 100% → 90%
Lucifer the Fallen: 100% → 90%

Twitch Bot
!evjoin now throws an error if the input isn’t simply !evjoin <CharacterName> / !evjoin <CharacterNumber>. For example, typing !evjoin 1 !evjoin 3 will tell you there was an error since it’s unclear which character should join.

September 20, 2025

Default Guild Glory has been increased from 50 to 500 to improve matchmaking. All existing guilds have been granted the additional 450 MMR , since with the previous default of 50, guilds could be placed at the bottom of the leaderboard after only 3 fights.

Version 1.5.2 & 1.5.3 finally live on all Platforms
Chat messages now display notification icons in both the main and guild navigation menus
Your own Guild challenge contribution is now visible
Added ability so you can see the guild challenge contribution of each individual member (You can see it in the member page)
You can now only attack other guilds by random and no longer select one (the system will try to match you against a similar guild) as our data showed that some guilds won't be attacked at all. This should make it more balanced for every guild.
Removed the -10% penalty for the first guild so that each guild receives a reward based of how well they did without an additional penalty.
You can now click on the guild flag in the challenge menu to get to a specific guild from the challenge rank leaderboard
You can now click in an application (and invite) of a user on their name to get to their profile to quickly check if you want to accept them or not, elimating the need to look up their name in the leaderboard.
Trust Points is now the default selection in the member page rather than copper donated.
When trying to leave a guild you see now a warning that you will lose trust point and guild items
Hovering over the guild attributes will now give you a proper tooltip explaining what each upgrade does

Thank you for your feedback!

I’ve made some direct changes based on it 🤌

66.7% voted to start the challenge with a stamina reset — done.

The ideal length was controversial: 35.5% wanted to keep 5 days, 64.5% preferred a shorter duration, and barely anyone wanted 2 days. So we’re reducing the challenge from 5 days to 4.

This means the next challenge starts Friday, September 12, 2025 3:00 AM and ends Tuesday, September 16, 2025 3:00 AM.

Bundles now send a notification 24 hours before they expire. (Only applies to bundles enabled after this update)
Fixed issues telling you area is full when not full
Fixed issue that in some cases attacking a guild didn't work when you were already attacked

Let the Guild Wars begin! Guild Wars now live!! ⚔️
Each guild can participate in two wars at once: one as the attacker and one as the defender.
Once a war begins, all members have 48 hours to choose the area where they want to fight.

Each area comes with unique effects that can benefit your class or team. Winning an area grants those effects for the final battle.
Which area will you claim—and which will your opponents take? Or are you going full into the final area?

After 48 hours, all battles are resolved automatically, and the final showdown determines the victorious guild.

What will your guild’s strategy be?

Also live now a short anonymous questionare mainly about guild challenges and your preferences 🫶

Hello Everyone!

Quick update regarding guild challenges:
We originally planed so that Challenge winners are determinated by Points Per Member (as we had it discussed in embervale-concepts-and-discussi… )

However due to todays feedback and a big flaw in that idea we are changing that system. A guild with only 1 member currently is more likley to win than a guild with 10 members as all members need to participate as much as the one member with a point per member system.

This is not the goal of guild challenges and active Guilds should be rewarded.

From now the total points of the Guild will count.

This also has a big advantage:
No more participation restrictions. You can just join a guild and participate.
(The warning might still be displayed in game - feel free to ignore it, that needs an approval by twitch to be changed.)

Thank you for your feedback and looking forward!

Start Process & set active & finish upgrade buttons are now only visible when having the corresponding permissions

Fixed issue that the Guild was not highlighted when searching for it in the leaderboard.
When a Guild leader tries to accept your application and the Guild is full the application is no longer rejected automatically by that.

Other
When your group receives tools in an adventure event and everyone already has one, it will give a second tool to someone instead.
Fixed issue that when selling items in the shop that the page always resetted to 1 again

September 3, 2025

Guilds! GUILDS!!!!!

You can now found or join a Guild! 👀
You can find in the leaderboard a new button to switch to Guilds, allowing you to see all Guilds and requesting to join one. Alternatively selected member in a Guild can also invite you!

Guild Council
Each Guild will persists out of a Council of 1 to 5 Members. Each Council Member will grant passive effects to all Guild Members:
Leader: Up to -20% Guild war cooldown
Co-Leader: Up to -50% Build Cooldown
Cook: Up to 20% better food when crafting
Alchemist: U p to 20% better potions
Smith: Up to 20% better Runes
Council members can earn Guild Trust Points (and therefore Trust Levels) by participating in Guild Challenges and Guild wars.

Guild Upgrades
You can upgrade your Guild to improve the Guild itself and elements outside of your Guild:
Quarter: Increases maximum Member. Allows a Guild to increase its capacity from 10 to 35. (We settled for 10 as default value so don't end up with only a handful of guilds. Happy to increase the number in the future in case the Player number grows.)
Stable: Decreases Bounty wait time by up to 50%.
Bank: Increases received Gold in Bounties by up to 50%

All Guild Materials will be stored in each Members Guild Inventory. If you leave a Guild your guild materials will be lost. You receive Materials by participating in Guild Challenges and Guild wars in addition to additional random drops in Expeditions with your character.
Guild Wars
I’ll make a post once Guild Wars goes live. You can expect it to launch next week.

Guild Challenges
Each Week there will be one challenge. Each Thursday 6pm till Tuesday 6pm. (You see the time within the game localized to your timezone so you know what your up to)
The guild with the most points per member will win the full 100%. Each non winning Guild will receive a percentage on how well they did minus 10%:
For example the winner Guild had 2000 Points and the second place 1500 Points. Then the second place will receive 75% - 10% = 65% of the loot.
The member amount is locked in as soon as a Guild Member makes progress within the challenge.
Only members that joined before a challenge can participate.

Enjoy exploring!
